If your Quanta Morph card never arrives, please reach out to us so we can send you a replacement free of charge. If the card is ever destroyed you will need to purchase a new one from our shop page.
All sales are final so there are no refunds. We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged in delivery to you.
If you wish to gift someone a Quanta Morph card, you can place their name and address in the shipping information area in checkout. If you wanted to gift the card yourself you can just let us know the name of the person in the card activation email you send us after receiving the card. Instructions are sent with the card on how to activate.
